Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of Spin City Studio’s websites, online platforms, booking systems, digital services, in-studio services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, booking or attending a class, purchasing products or services, or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.
For purposes of these Terms:
“Client,” “Rider,” “Member,” “Guest,” “you,” “your” refer to any individual accessing or using the Services.
“Spin City Studio,” “we,” “us,” “our,” “the Studio” refer to Spin City Studio, LLC and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates.
Scope of Services
Spin City Studio operates rhythm-based indoor cycling classes and related fitness services. Our online platforms allow users to:
Purchase credits, packages, and memberships
Book, modify, and cancel class reservations
Receive studio updates and communications
Access schedules and account details
All Services are hosted within the United States.
Registration & Eligibility
Riders must have an active account to book classes.
Riders must be 13+ to participate.
Riders under 18 require a parent or guardian to sign a waiver in person.
Individuals under 13 may not register or participate.
Spin City Studio reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Class Reservations, Cancellations & Waitlists
Reservations
Classes may be booked through our website or booking platform. Reservation windows may vary by membership or package type.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid penalties, cancellations must be made 12 hours before class by:
Logging into your online account, or
Calling the studio during business hours
Cancellations are not accepted via social media, email, voicemail, or text.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Late cancellations result in forfeited credits and/or a late cancellation fee.
No-shows may incur a posted no-show fee and/or forfeiture of credit.
Penalties vary by current pricing and membership terms.
Waitlist Policy
If moved from the waitlist into class:
You will be notified by email if a spot opens.
If granted a spot within 12 hours of class, standard cancellation fees apply.
Clients are responsible for monitoring their waitlist status.
Arrival, Late Entry & Early Departure
First-Time Riders
Spin City Studio prefers to provide new riders with a personalized walkthrough before their first class. Arrive at least 15 minutes early if you have not done so in advance. Riders who arrive without enough time for proper setup may be asked to move to a future class.
Standard Arrival Requirements
Arrive 10–15 minutes early. Bikes not claimed 5 minutes before class may be released to waitlisted riders.
Late Arrival
Riders arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be permitted to enter. Calling ahead does not guarantee accommodation.
Early Departure
Leaving early is discouraged. Riders must inform the instructor before class and exit quietly at an appropriate transition point.
Payment Terms
By placing a card on file or making a purchase, you authorize Spin City Studio to charge your payment method for:
Classes, packages, and memberships
Retail purchases
Late cancellation and no-show fees
Any outstanding account balance
All pricing is subject to change.
Memberships, Class Credits & Packages
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Credits and packages carry expiration dates disclosed at purchase.
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled according to policy.
A valid card must remain on file for membership billing.
Spin City Studio does not offer unlimited memberships
Refunds & Retail Policy
Class purchases are final and non-refundable.
Retail items may be exchanged within 7 days, unworn and with tags attached.
Online return windows may vary and will be noted at checkout.
Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk
By participating in any class or using studio equipment, you acknowledge that:
Physical exercise involves inherent risks including muscle strain, dizziness, injuries, and cardiovascular events.
You voluntarily assume all such risks.
You are responsible for monitoring your own health and stopping if unwell.
You are encouraged to consult a physician before beginning an exercise program.
Spin City Studio may refuse participation to anyone it believes could be at risk.
Personal Belongings
Spin City Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Items are brought into the studio at your own risk.
Photography & Video Release
By entering the studio or participating in classes, you grant Spin City Studio permission to:
Photograph or record you; and
Use such media for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes, without compensation.
Notify staff before class if you do not wish to be included, though incidental inclusion may occur
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, branding, class names, methods, videos, photos, written materials, website content, and design elements are the property of Spin City Studio, LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

All website and marketing content is provided for informational purposes only. Spin City Studio makes no representation regarding accuracy or completeness. Use is at your own risk.

Testimonials
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of typical results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Spin City Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Release & Indemnification
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Spin City Studio, LLC from claims arising from:
Your participation in classes
Use of studio equipment
Violations of these Terms
Your own negligence
This applies to you and persons under your account or guardianship.
Modifications to Terms
Spin City Studio may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will show a new Effective Date, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Louisiana law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or another mutually agreed method where permitted by law.
