What is Spin City Studio?
Spin City Studio is a rhythm based indoor cycling experience designed to be immersive, high energy, and music driven. Each class is choreographed to the beat, creating a dynamic environment where riders move together in sync. The focus is not on metrics, but on movement, energy, and the overall experience.
How do I book a class?
Classes can be reserved through our booking platform. All bookings, cancellations, and account changes must be completed through the website.
All bookings are non transferable.
When can I sign up for classes?
Our weekly schedule is released every Sunday at 5:00 PM for the upcoming week.
Priority booking windows may apply to select membership tiers.
What is onboarding, and is it required?
Onboarding is a required introductory session for all new riders. During this session, you will learn proper bike setup, studio expectations, and the fundamentals of our rhythm-based format. There is no riding in onboarding.
Completion of onboarding is mandatory prior to participating in any class. No exceptions.
Do I need prior experience to ride?
No prior experience is required. Our onboarding process ensures that every rider is fully prepared before entering a class.
What type of bikes and cleats do you use?
Our bikes are equipped with pedals compatible with SPD (two-bolt) cleats.
Do I need cycling shoes?
Cycling shoes are required.
We offer shoe rentals for $3 per class.
What happens if I forget my cycling shoes?
No problem. We offer cycling shoe rentals at the studio.
Can I choose my bike?
Yes. Bikes are selected at the time of booking based on availability. We recommend booking early if you prefer a specific bike location.
What should I wear?
We recommend athletic clothing that allows for full range of movement. Expect a high energy, sweat inducing environment.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class.
First time riders must arrive early to allow time for check in.
What if Iām running late?
Riders must arrive prior to class start time.
Studio doors will close shortly after class begins, and late entry may not be permitted. Bikes may be released to waitlisted riders once class starts.
For safety reasons, first time riders will not be admitted late under any circumstances.
What is your cancellation policy?
Classes must be canceled within the designated cancellation window to avoid penalties.
Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a fee and/or loss of class credit. Full policy details are provided at the time of booking.
What are your late cancel and no-show fees?
Late cancellations and no shows will result in applicable fees and/or forfeiture of the class credit. Specific fee amounts are outlined at the time of booking.
How does the waitlist work?
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist.
Spots may become available at any time, including overnight. If you are added to class and do not attend, standard late cancel or no-show policies will apply.
If you no longer plan to attend, you must remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid charges.
What if the class is full?
If a class is full, you are encouraged to join the waitlist. Openings happen frequently, and waitlisted riders are automatically added as spots become available.
What is your guest policy?
All riders must have their own account and booking.
Bookings are non-transferable, and duplicate reservations under one name may be canceled.
Are phones allowed in the studio?
Phones are not permitted in the spin room.
This policy ensures a focused, immersive, and distraction-free experience for all riders.
What is your studio etiquette?
We ask that all riders:
Arrive on time
Respect instructors and fellow riders
Follow all studio guidelines
Remain in class for the duration of the ride when possible
Our goal is to create a consistent, elevated experience for everyone in the room.
How long are classes?
Standard classes are 45 minutes in duration.
Do I need to keep up with the class?
Riders are encouraged to move at their own pace and adjust resistance based on their individual fitness level.
Can I leave class early?
If necessary, riders may leave early. However, we encourage staying for the full experience when possible to maintain flow and minimize disruption.

What should I expect from the class environment?
Classes take place in a low-light, high-energy setting with loud, curated music and immersive lighting designed to enhance the overall experience.
Do you offer private rides or events?
Yes. We offer private rides and special events. Please contact us directly for availability and booking details.
Do you offer memberships or class packages?
Yes, Spin City Studio offers a variety of class packages and membership options. Full details are available through our website or in-studio.
Do you offer services beyond cycling?
Yes. In addition to cycling, we offer spray tanning services.
Do you have water available?
Yes. Water is available at the studio. Bottled beverages may also be available for purchase.
Do you provide towels?
We do offer towels. Limited retail options may be available for purchase.
Do you have showers?
At this time, showers are not available. However, restrooms are provided for freshening up after class.
Is there a weight limit or any restrictions?
For safety, riders should ensure they are comfortable using a stationary bike. If you have any concerns or medical conditions, we recommend consulting with a physician prior to riding.
Can I ride if I am pregnant or injured?
If you are pregnant or have any injuries or medical conditions, please consult with your physician prior to participating. Riders participate at their own discretion.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on classes, packages, or memberships.
Can I attend a class without onboarding?
No. All riders must complete onboarding prior to attending their first class. No exceptions.
What if I feel nervous before my first class?
Feeling nervous is completely normal. Our onboarding process and team are here to ensure you feel confident, prepared, and comfortable before your first ride.
