FAQs

How do I reserve a ride?

All rides are reserved through our online booking platform. Guests must create an account, purchase a ride credit or membership, and select their preferred bike in advance.

Is advance booking required?

Yes. Due to limited bike availability and the curated nature of our classes, we require reservations prior to arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made a minimum of 12 hours before class start time. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeited ride credits. This policy ensures fairness and availability for all riders.

How early should I arrive?

We ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes before class. First-time riders should arrive 20 minutes early to allow for personalized bike setup and orientation. For safety and flow of the experience, late entry may not be permitted once class begins.

Our rides are choreographed to the tempo of the music. Resistance changes, transitions, and upper-body choreography are intentionally structured to create a seamless and elevated performance experience.
