I want to purchase a ride, what do I need to do?
That's great! Check out our "Ride Options" section and select the ride package that you want. You can buy any of the available packages that we offer. Once you select your desired package, you will be directed to our MindBody app to pay for the package you have selected.
I've purchased a package, how do I book a class?
If you are a new rider, go to our "Login/Register" tab and create a new user profile to get started. Then, go to our "Schedule" page to select the class you desire. We offer multiple sessions per day throughout the week to accommodate everyone. If you don't see the class time you want, stay tuned as we will add classes pending availability.
What should I wear?
There is no doubt you will get hot and sweaty. You will want to wear form fitting pants so nothing gets caught in the pedals. You will need to wear a good set of support shoes if you don't have any specific spin shoes.
What is the Check-In process?
Early bird gets the bike. Arrive early enough to change clothes and get your bike set up. We recommend 10-15 minutes prior to class starting.
Can I reserve a particular bike for my class?
First come, first serve for bike selection.
Where do I put my personal belongings during class?
We have enough lockers so you can store your belongings. However, we will not provide locks for the lockers. We recommend keeping valuables locked in your car during class.
I am new to spin, is there any 1-on-1 training?
Yes! Our owner Iva would love to meet with you. Please contact Iva at (931) 267-8158 to schedule a time.
How early do I need to be for my class?
New riders should arrive 15-20 minutes early to get proper fit for your bike. We have a 5 minute cut-off on check-in for your class.
You must be ready to ride when class is scheduled to start. We do not permit riders to check-in after class starts. We do this in order to keep classes running on schedule.
